Darn it, i just banged my side mirror on the garage door. The glass mirror is now dangling out of the mirror assembly so i temporarily taped it in place.
I guess now I have to fix the window regulator AND the side mirror on this weekend. mahmoud_sadek@hotmail.com

i have a jeep sherokee sport 2007 i bought brand new in Dec 2007 which i park daily in a covered garage. First the right front window regulator had to be replaced in May2008, then the driver window in June2008, then right rear window in Nov2008, then the left rear window in July2009, then the right front window once again in Nov2010. Total five times during the warranty period. it costed me nothing but i questioned why it kept happening without getting a proper answer. finally it happened again to my left rear window in jan2011 just one month after my warrany expired and since then i have taped the window and just waiting to have some spare time to try to fix it myself. I wil attempt to fix it this weekend with inspirations that i gained after reading your illustrated article. Although the pictures in this page were not displaying properly for me, i can generally follow your sequence overall sequence.

Thanks so much for posting the instructions. I saved about $330.00. My regulator went out on my way to LA, luckily I was 2 blocks away from an auto parts store that had a regulator/motor in stock. We installed the new one in 3 hours (first time and I also had to purchase the tools). You're a lifesaver, thanks again.

What a great site. I have a 1999 GC and it is one pos. I have replaced everything on it and it never stops. Have two windows now that don't work and will give it a shot myself. Last weekend had the power break booster replaced and have an electrical problem that we cannot find. My rear hatch still doesn't lock - never did. Found out by accident because when it opened the alarm went off. I don't care if it doesn't lock maybe someone will steal it and put me out of my misery. My Lexus seems to work just fine. Maybe I should have ordered a Jeep wihout all the problems. Didn't think of it at the time.
If you are ever in Minneapolis that beer is free and on me. Take care everyone and thanks for the support a counseler would be even more than the ******* dealer.Feel free to contact me if you need any moral support or another friend. Sincerely, bryan_maki@msn.com

I was put on Bystolic last week for hypertension caused by IVIg. Within an hour of the first 5mg dose I got a migraine. Every day gets worse with stomach cramps, headache, nausea, diarrhea, horrific dreams, and little sleep. My Dr. cut me back to 2.5 mgs this week. Please tell me that these side effects will go away with time. My BP runs about 140/93, even with the Bystolic. Heart rate is always steady at 63.

Johnm re: leg cramps I have been on Bystolic for about two months and have noticed a significant increase in leg cramps (charley horse) at night. One thing that I have found that seems to help is to intentionally hyperventilate. this will usually clear the cramp in 1-2 minutes and there is no recurrence later (may be coincidence). Suspect that it may have something to do with reduced circulation when sleeping. Let me know if you have any luck with hyperventilation (rapid deep breathing).

Hi. I would really like to thank Beth (above) for writing such a POSITIVE note for once! All you hear is negative stuff, so hearing some positive was what I really needed. I too am coming off Effexor XR. I was on 150 mg, then down to 75, then 37.5, and now I open the capsules and am down to only 10 beads. I have had very little side effects. Maybe a little groggy/foggy in the morning and some upset stomach, but nothing compared to when I tried cold turkey. I take fish oil too and a great multivitamin and think this helps overall. If you are trying to get off the medication, the only thing I can advise is to do it SLOWLY. Don't be in such a hurry. Take your time and give your body/brain chemicals time to adjust to the switch. You WILL get through this! I have been taking ONLY 10 beads now for about a week and have really only felt a little nauseous from time to time. I will try and taper down more probably in about a week or so and hopefully be Effexor free within a month! Good luck to all....and remember....you can do this, just be patient and give it time!

Have noticed difficulty swallowing... seems like my throat swells up. Have gained weight. PVC's come at night, dissappear in the day. Headaches are occasional, but the insomnia is the worst. Doesnt affect libido, but does affect orgasm.
