My garage door is broken

Yep the drive wheel gear is toast in my garage door opener, so while I wait for the part to come in, I have to park in my driveway. Wouldn’t you know it, the one time I park outside, it freezes. I had to sit in my Jeep this morning for like 10 minutes (not really — I enjoy exaggerating) and wait for the ice on the windshield to melt. Wow I am spoiled living in the south. (=
UPDATE: I fixed it. $15.99 for a new wheel gear and it’s as good as new (after a bit of work putting it back together.)
